It started harmlessly enough as a really basic sketch, but then filled itself in with extra details. I also thought it would be boring to stare off into the distance, which is what he was doing before I added a bit of a background.
Done in my favorite; graphite.
The whole of it was done using a 5h piece of 2mm lead in a mechanical lead holder. Turned out pretty well I'd say.
